Crispy as in slightly unripe. It was delicious.
I was served durian there at a guesthouse/resort that they said was local, but I didn’t follow up. I didn’t see any growing, either, but there are small plantations of different fruits all around the island.
I would like to know where on Koh Kood I can find durian growing. I really appreciate your response.
