Nam left for Japan on a work trip yesterday, but we are keeping busy at home. Max and Mina’s dojo did a taekwondo expo at the old Sermthai shopping mall in town.
Max likes watching kung fu movies at home, and then forgets he’s studying TKD, not wushu:
Then, predictably, somebody set off Mina and she went all Dragonball on everyone:
Video to follow as soon as it finishes uploading.
UPDATE:
Ah, the little warrior-monks…
Wushu, Dragonball, cute!
Good luck this week, Daddy-O!
The guy with the mike—is he Korean and speaking Thai? Or is he Thai and speaking Thai?
…or is he Thai and speaking Korean?
(Or Korean and speaking Korean?)
At this distance, I really can’t tell.
Nuts—that wasn’t the link I meant to stick in there. Here it is.
I really can’t tell.
He’s Thai narrating in Thai but giving the drill commands in Korean.
That’s hilarious! Happy to see your kids don’t mind being the center of attention, in front of a crowd!
What kind of event was it that required a band in the background? I had never heard of Dixon Drums, but after visiting their homepage, I like the idea of colored hardware for the toms and bass.
There was a university molam/pop band playing before and after the show.
