Geeezusss. Horrific looking fish!! Makes my quest for the delicous walleye pike (Flathead Lake, Montana) seem terribly sissified. But I gotta pack a noisemaker in case the grumpy grizz get territorial about fly fishing in their waters….wish you were here!
I have been wanting to go fishing there for the longest time. Not only are the vampire fish and piranha there- there is also the peacock bass. These are such strong bass that they are rumored to be able to bend a hook straight as they fight to get free… I can do without the malaria and parasites though.
