Ding Ding

As horrible as this product sounds, I want to try it because snakehead is perhaps my favorite freshwater fish, and suancai is just Chinese pickled mustard greens. So this soup may actually be quite nice. Also, I either have deboned fish or deboning (not really clear on that) to look forward to, so yeah.
