Pad Thai 99, Maha Sarakham

This shop basically makes the only pad thai I enjoy eating. They were closed for a looong time, but I recently noticed them open sometimes when I drove by, so today I decided to go and find out what was happening.

It turns out the old couple are doing well again, and they were really happy to see me – I used to take my kids there for the krapow and often went there with coworkers. I’m just happy I have another dependable place for lunch when I’m off keto.
