My coworker is growing Meyer lemons and gifted me some this week, so I’ve been busy implementing them into various soups, marinades, and today, butter chicken.

I also bought a 6-liter Instant Pot and it has completely replaced our traditional pressure cooker. I use it a few times a week, which should give me more time to clean the grime off our cupboards.

Max eats about double what me, Nam, and Mina can eat combined, so I’ve been making huge amounts of whatever I make for dinner, and it actually disappears within a couple days.
