Justin, a handful of those names are mentioned more than 5 times, and others more than 10. Does that mean they had a string of repeated offenses?? *gulp*

Looking at them it seems there’s an entry for each identifying mark (Scars/Marks/Tattoos), but criminals of this type are often repeat offenders.
