This pizza disappeared so quickly after it came out of the oven, I didn’t get a pic.
I’ve been trying new crusts and simple uncooked sauces… I now want a better (hotter) oven.

I assume the long, white strips are mozzarella. The pizza looks as though it would disappear quickly.

It’s mozzarella-ish block cheese from Turkey that a friend brought over. Yummy.
