I may have to substitute water chestnuts for the crunch because I can’t find lotus seeds. Oh well, time to make pork belly for dad’s breakfast!
Yeah, this one was good but in an experiment-gone-ok kind of way. Like, I ticked that one off the list of possible ingredients, and it was ok, but not exceptional.
