Redirect paradise

Credit where credit is due: Gemini, not Claude, not BlyatGPT, helped me figure out persistent problems that were plaguing this site since I tried upgrading to Movable Type 5 and switched to WordPress all those years ago.

Looking through the logs, we still get calls to mt-*.CGI scripts from very weird places.

Side note: PuTTY still kicks ass.
