鶏の皮 (Chicken Skins)
This is one of my favorite keto snacks. Fried chicken stands often have them as a side product since they pull them off of chicken breasts they use for tenders. As long as they are not dusted with flour (as commercially made ones often are) and not greasy, they are fine for a keto diet.
Yesterday, I found one that kinda looked like a seahorse.

I told Mina, who wasn’t really listening, and at first she thought it was an actual seahorse.
