Mama’s milk is the best, for sure, especially for the first year or more!
After all the years I taught natural childbirth and breastfeeding classes and almost got arrested for nursing baby discreetly in my own car, it’s good to see some small progress being made in favor of the best food for babies…milk from their own mom and not from cows, goats or formulas.
