dude – I just went to MBA on Sunday. The big guy in the outer tank is between 350 and 400 lbs. A friend of mine started putting them in there about 7/8 years ago. Amazing how fast they grow. Anyway – this archeteuthis thing is fucking awesome. I’ll bet there’s a whole troop of them scientists biting at the bit to get to Ogasawara now.
Yup, too cool! Remember when I took you kids to the LA museum Natural Science to see the newly-found, preserved baby giant squid? And that humoungous adult squid tentacle? When I get home, Mika and I will go to MBA for lunch and check out the squiddies in the tank! scary.
