Las Vegas 15 Dec

Dec.15.
Went to J.C.Penny's in a shopping complex nearby Hilton where I am staying for 4 nights for a special offer of $198.

Found nothing special at the mall, then went to an electronix shop named Bestbuy. Bought a inexpensive mobile phone which cost $39.99 including $10 of free talk. I thought it is a good value.
See the phone if you like http://www.virginmobileusa.com/catalog/phoneDetail.do?skuId=VMKE47KYKITK9N, Met my friend and his wiffy at NOBU in Hard Rock Hotel. Met Koji's wiffy Kana for the first time and I found that she was a very nice and kind person. I had a lot of conversation with her until Koji had finished today's duty as an itamae. I had a great sushi there Kobe Gyu Tataki $xx and Sashimi moriawase $xxx were excellent, for which I had no chance to pay for them at the cashier of NOBU(Thanks Koji+Kana-chan).

Went to Super Wal-Mart to buy a sleeping bag for the preperation for the fishing and surfing trip to California, then to Koji and Kana's house in the suberb. it was a nice place and liked the place. But I have no car right now, and thinking of buying a motor cycle like Harley Davidson's if possible. Hehehe, It is kinda my reason to be here to buy one. Because there is the largest HD shop in the states here.

They dropped me off at the ampm convinience store I requested, that is located in front of my hotel, bought some edible stuff and, of course, carveza 6 bottles of Corona.Came back to my room, opened my laptop pc. I tried to activate my mobile phone on the web site I was supposed to look at. But failed somehow in its procedure unluckily. Then I called up the Virgin mobile phone operator. No problems occoured and finaly I got my number in the US.

Some Japanese travellers are borrowing a cell phones in Japan, paying like 150 dollars a week.
That's too much for me. If you are going to the states, I will let you use my phone . You just pay me something like 149 dollars. You don't even need to give my phone back to me.

Hehehe I think this is just illegal somehow, so , I wouldn't do that, sorry.

What I like it here is to buy and eat Jack Link's X-stick. It's just a one-foot-long salami. But good to drink with. It is a very small happiness of my life. My right hand holds a cold beer bottle, the other hand with a snack. doing nothing in the nice air conditioned room, watching TV, without my wife. This is called PEACE, you know what I am saying.

Its time to go out.

Las Vegas

14 Dec.
Woke up at 7 p.m.
Took taxi to Fremont street, thats the street every tourists go. Lots of Casino. Lots of souvenirs.
Started at Golden Nuggets, 25c slot, spend a bit, had dinner breakfast at Street corner Cafe in some hotel I forgot the name bra bra bra hotel,,and had $14.60 Rib steak that was so excellent I think it was like my first emotional meal I had since I got here.

Not informed well, I was not able to chose which casino to go in. There are too many. lil convinience stores have slottle machines. Airport has slot. Restaurants, gas station, everywhere . Seeing is believing, now I confirmed that Las Vegas is really a casino.

Sat at the roulet table started 100 bucks , after 3 hours of play stopped when I got 102 bucks.
While playing, drinks are free. So, it is great for a drinker.

Got back to hotel room at 4. had a chat with my chat friend on pc for 3 hours , 7 in the morning, Iwent to sleep.

Las Vegas

7pm 13ht, Dec. Kansai international airort
12 hours on economy seat to Chicago O'Hare sirport.
2 hours later, the plane took me to Las Vegas .

Arrived at 10 p.m. my brain started aching. Because I had been drinking beer and some orange juice for 16 hours.

10:30 p.m. Arrived at Las Vegas Hilton. I found my friend fortunately waiting for me at the lobby. Checked in, took my belongings to my hotel room with one big king size bed where I am supposed to sleep alone.

Gettiong out of the hotel, my friend Koji took me to Hard rock hotel, showed me the sushi bar NOBU, which was already after business hours, had some beer at a cafe in Hard rock.
I met him in Donnybrook Western Australia 10 years ago. and it was not enough to talk about all the things that happened to us seperately those past 10 years.

The very first casino i went was a local casino called Klondike, where you can start betting minimum 10 cents on roulette. Good for practice.

Until 4 a.m., Koji and I enjoyed Blackjack and we left there.
Once came back to my hotel and I was so hungry that I had only a few chiken bars and baked potatoes. So went out crossing the street to a convinience store AMPM to get something to eat.

Went to bed at 7 a.m.
