Get it before they go extinct (nah, they&#8217;re not endangered, but that doesn&#8217;t make it right)!<br \/>\nThis is one of the few foods I refuse to eat, not because it is prohibitively expensive, but because it sucks to support the harvest of rare plants and animals. I wonder if you are supposed to fry this stuff up like bacon, eat it raw, roast it, or stew it.
