		<description><![CDATA[Here, here! Glad to see how you&#039;ve assimilated such excellent, un-commonly unique and interesting lesson plans for your wee students!  Wish you could have saved those bulletin board displays, because they are amazing artforms. And I do agree that finding the Golden Middle on the balance beam of teaching is challenging, especially in a public school environment with a high student-teacher ratio, crowded classrooms, poor funding, badly-prepared multi-lingual students and a curriculum that is lacking in preparation for successful achievement in the Real World, let alone in college prep.  It takes a special person to devote their life to teaching and trying to Make a Difference.
