I’m previewing the new look for Gmail and really liking it so far.
You can access this setting through Gmail by clicking:
Mail Settings –> Themes –> Preview (dense)
The Google suite of online apps finally seems to have implemented something they’ve missed to this point: Sleek, pleasing design
Agreed – the new themes do looks much better from an overall design perspective, but even with the ‘Dense’ preview option, emails are still spaced too widely. Perhaps Google should consider an ‘ultra-dense’ option which at least provides the same spacing as before so that the same number of emails can be viewed on the screen at any one time?
